Knightlands: Tokenomics

Knightlands is a Free-to-Play, Multi-chain Fantasy RPG with a profit-sharing model based on player’s performance.

In the world of Knightlands, we have two kinds of tokens — FLESH and ASH. Both are ERC20 tokens without a supply cap.

The supply of both tokens will increase and decrease based on the demand for trading on DEX or in-game use.

Initially, tokens are off-chain and minted by users on request when they earn the tokens, thus increasing total supply.

FLESH

It’s a special token that allows players to earn part of a global dividend pool and create ASH tokens.

Earn tokens by defeating powerful group raids with your friends and winning in weekly tourneys!

ASH

The only way to acquire ASH tokens is to stake FLESH. Here are few use-cases for ASH tokens:

1. Upgrade your army units beyond five stars.
2. Improve your equipment beyond Epic rarity.
3. Use it to purchase unique items that players can’t acquire by everyday actions.
4. Improve FLESH generation.

Staking

Use your FLESH to participate in daily dividends and create ASH tokens.

But why two kinds of tokens?

Most dividends-based games suffer from 1 major problem — old players and whales dominate the game forever, giving the new or F2P player no chance to make any decent returns.

Here at Knightlands, we have a solution to that — Seasonal staking.

Dividends earnings in Knightlands are divided into seasons. Each season is 1–2 months long. At the end of each season, all staked FLESH will reset back to 0! To make up for this loss, players will receive an equivalent amount ASH — a special token to spend on unique game features.

This way, even the newest F2P player has a chance to get decent returns if he spends the time understanding and playing the game.
